A NOTE ON MINIMUM BOOKINGS

Christmas, Thanksgiving and month of July - 1 week minimum bookings

Memorial Day, Labor Day and New Years - 3 night minimum bookings

Georgia Apple Festival (October 8, 9, 15 and 16) - 2 night minimum bookings.

If the cabin is not booked for the required minimum nights one month prior to rental we will book for less than required nights on a first come basis.

Minimum bookings for all days not listed above is 2 nights.

 

Cabin rates are based on several factors. Location of the cabin, if located on a river, or in a very private local, will affect the rate. Likewise cabins that are brand new or have higher end amenities will be rated higher. In the cabin rental business, you truly do get what you pay for. If you are paying $79.00 a night for what appears to be a high end cabin- BEWARE- there is something wrong. Likewise- it is impossible to clean a 3500 Square foot house for $40.00- people just do not work for $3.00 an hour- especially with today's gas prices!! Lonesome Paws has tried hard to price our cabins fairly and present you with an excellent value that is clean, well kept and meets your expectations. You truly do get what you pay for!

 

All of our cabins have posted rates listed below. To get the RATE- take the number of nights and multiply it by the cabin rate. ALL rates are for FOUR people. EVERY person (including Day-Only Guest) with the exception of infants not walking yet is counted towards the extra people charges. Multiply extra people charge by number of extra people by number of nights. Add your cabin rate to the extra people rate.

The Tax Rate is 7% State and 5% County.

 

Discounts

Lonesome Paws does not offer discounts for military, firemen, teachers, AAA, PETA, Sigma Nu Fraternities, graduates of UF or any other groups. What we do offer is a discount to our returning guests. If you have stayed with Lonesome Paws in the past and had a successful turn- i.e. the cabin check out list was followed and the cabin checked out okay- then we offer a 10% discount on your stay- both your nightly rate and your extra people charges.

There is a non-refundable resort fee of $25.00 for your entire party for the entire time for us to issue a gate pass for your party. The resort will not allow you into the gates without a gate pass so please list everyone on your contract so we can issue a correct gate pass. Last minute changes are always difficult if not impossible!

 

If there are dogs, we will need to know. There is a $25.00 per dog per stay fee.

 

Clean Fees

These are based on the number of people in your party. All your people count in the cleaning fee. The larger cabins require a lot more time to clean. The most time consuming part of the cleaning is doing the linens. We require that ALL persons in your party are counted for the clean fee. We feel this is the fairest way to access our time to return the cabin to the state it was in when you took possession of it.

For Two to Four People $100.00

For Five to Eight People $125.00

For Nine to Twelve People $150.00

For Thirteen to Fifteen People $175.00

For Sixteen to Nineteen People $200.00

For Twenty or more People $225.00

 

That's it. Add it all up. That's your rate.

 

Damage Deposit

We require a $200.00 damage deposit. This is a true damage deposit and will be returned to you once the cabin has been inspected after departure. Deposits are returned ONE WEEK after your departure by COMPANY CHECK or Credit Card deposit. This is not a HOLD on your credit card account, but an actual CASH deposit to insure the cabins are left in the proper shape and no damage occurs in them.
