"Discovery Package" Terms and Conditions
On Approved credit only. All guests must be pre-qualified prior to attending our "Discovery Package" and property tour. Pre-qualification is a very simple process and is handled by one of our professional loan processors. Our loan processors will need our guests to fill out the "Discovery Package" reservation form. The information provided will allow our loan processors to pre-qualify our quests prior to arrival for financing if they choose to purchase a home package.
There is a $197.00 per person registration fee due when you register for a scheduled tour date. Mountain Construction and Development will reduce the purchase price per guests for their $197 per person registration fee if they decide to purchase one of our home packages and or vacant home-sites (Max reduction is $394 per couple). The reimbursement will be taken off the purchase price. In order to qualify for the $197 per person registration fee, all guest must have their "Discovery Package" registration forms completed at least three weeks prior to their scheduled date of arrival and be approved by one of our professional loan processors.
Mountain Construction and Development will arrange the flight schedules for all qualified guest attending the "Discovery Package" tour three weeks in advance to ensure that they compliment the tour dates and times selected on their "Discovery Package" reservation forms. Mountain Construction and Development will provide: Round trip airfare, round trip ground transportation to and from the Atlanta International airport, deluxe accommodations at an area resort, cabin, or inn for two nights, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday, and a private no sales pressure tour of our developments and our available inventory. All travel arrangements, locations, lodging, etc. will be arranged at locations chosen by Mountain Construction and Development and or its affiliates.
For Late Registration Guest Only
In the event guests are not able to complete their "Discovery Package" reservation forms three weeks in advance, these guests will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements that match our "Discovery Package" pick-up and drop off times at the Atlanta International Airport, to attend the "Discovery Package" tour of their choice. There will be no schedule modifications to a "Discovery Package" tour for flight schedules. If a late registration guest books the wrong flight times, Mountain Construction and Development is not responsible for these guest to arrive at the Atlanta International Airport at times other then our regular scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. All late registration guests must be registered at least two weeks in advance of their scheduled tour date. There is a $99.00 late registration deposit due when you register for a scheduled tour date. The $99.00 registration deposit merely guarantees arrival, as there is no cost or obligation to you - except to arrive on your scheduled date. Your $99.00 late registration deposit will be returned upon arrival and does not require any purchase of our home packages. Mountain Construction and Development will reimburse the late registration guests for their travel expenses, up to $500 if they decide to purchase one of our home packages and or vacant home-sites. The credit up to $500 will be issued as a reduction in their purchase price. This is for late registration guest only.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 72-hour lodging cancellation policy. If the guest does not cancel in writing or via email 72 hours in advance prior to their scheduled arrival the hotel or resort will charge the guest credit card the $99.00 late cancellation fee. In the event a guest does not show for their "Discovery Package" tour or needs to cancel their tour after Mountain Construction and Development has purchased the guest airfare, the guest credit card will be charged the full purchase price of their airfare less their reservation amount of $197 per person they already paid. Once Mountain Construction and Development have booked airfare there is a no refund policy on all charges. If guest can not attend for any reason after airfare has been booked and the guest have notified Mountain Construction and Development at least 1 week prior to arrival, they may reschedule their arrival date at no additional charge.

In the event guests are not able to complete their "Mountain Escape" reservation forms four weeks in advance, these guests
will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to attend the "Mountain Escape" tour of their choice. All late registration
guests must be registered at least two weeks in advance of their scheduled tour date. There is a $99.00 late registration deposit due with when you
register for a scheduled tour date. The $99.00 registration deposit merely guarantees arrival, as there is no cost or obligation to you - except to
arrive on your scheduled date. Your $99.00 late registration deposit will be returned upon arrival and does not require any purchase of our home packages.
